When people ask me if I miss corporate, I emphatically say NO, I DO NOT. One of the main issues for me was having to wait on payday like it was going out of style. When I finally started working for myself and got paid every day? GAME CHANGER💸✨ Until you get out of that toxic, no-growth cycle, you will become numb to being okay with WAITING DAYS to get paid, sometimes WEEKS. We’re now living in an economy where getting paid biweekly or monthly is out of the question⏳🚫 We deserve better than that! I got fed up with needing to check my bank account anytime I went to the store or charged my car (I have a Tesla), and never mind unlocking the card before buying anything because sometimes I’d forget a charge is coming and then it would throw everything off🚗🔋💳 Make the decision to get out of that vicious cycle. You know how I’m doing it? By having more than one stream of income. I have my YouTube monetized, affiliate marketing, my own digital marketing business, and recently, I joined THE NAVY⚓💼📈 The benefits, the signup bonus, the travel opportunities… I am super excited! I just got back today from finishing up my medical processing, I got sworn in and I almost cried, but held back tears😭🎉 You can’t expect these employers to wake up one day and decide to give you a pay raise, a bonus, or a promotion.
